I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled strongly of chemicals and cigarette smoke, which was completely unacceptable, especially since I was on my honeymoon. The staff and management were uninterested in resolving the issue, making the experience even worse. I would caution other guests to beware of this scam and the substandard service provided by the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are modern and nice, perfect for a relaxing time, but make sure to choose a room away from the main road if you're sensitive to noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always there to help with a smile. The location is excellent, close to the Galle Face precinct and with an amazing pool to enjoy.
