I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms smelled strongly of chemicals and cigarette smoke, which was completely unacceptable, especially since I was on my honeymoon. The staff and management were uninterested in resolving the issue, making the experience even worse. I would caution other guests to beware of this scam and the substandard service provided by the hotel.
